Complete Carbonized Precipitation is one important process in sintering process produce. In order to ensure the quality index of alumin(i)um oxide is qualified, carbonate decomposition ratio is normal control 90%. So a lot of carbonate mother liquor is obtained, which the content of alumin(i)um oxide is 10 g/l. Carbonate mother liquor return to process, and dosage, sintering, dissolve, Separate, decomposition, It is increase the product cost of alumin(i)um oxide. How to utilize Carbonate mother liquor is a key link of optimizing technological process.In this paper, experimenting use Carbonate mother liquor as material of sintering process, and poke up carbonate dioxide gas, make complete carbonized precipitation. When the content of NK is zero in solution, product precipitated matter. According to different washing ratio, washed carbonate of colloid, and obtain threadlike sodium aluminate. Threadlike sodium aluminate is roasting for high temperature, and obtain solid sodium aluminate. Experiment handicraft of processes:temperature of decomposition, the content of float matter, washing ratio, roasting temperature. The results of experiment is temperature of decomposition 70℃, the content of float matter is smaller than 0.5g/l, washing ratio 5:1, roasting temperature700℃。According to the nature of solid sodium aluminate, improve the analyze method of may dissolve sodium and may dissolve aluminum in solid sodium aluminate.It will be of significance to the multi-purpose use of Carbonate mother liquor.
