In this dissertation , a novel reactive coating preparation process ( reactive electric-spark deposition process, abbreviated as RESD)was developed by combining electric-spark deposition with reaction synthesis technology.The protection atmosphere as the response atmosphere was responded with the electrode material and the substrate material which had been fused,produced metal nitride.Using the DZ-1400 electric spark deposition machine, take the industry nitrogen (purity 99.999%) as the protection and response mad,take Carbon rod as the electrode,has prepared the TiCN coating on the titanium alloy TC4 surface.Discussed the formation of TiCN coatings.analyzed the behavior of TiCN coating interface, TiCN coating on the surface of XPS and XRD .Through the research on the simple strengthen point`s pattern characteristic and its the element distributed characteristic, the deposition coating`s surface appearance characteristic and the element characteristic, the phase characteristic and the deposition coating section micro structure characteristic and the element distributed rule, analyzed the TiCN micro characteristic in the deposition coating. The result indicated that, The simple strengthen point`s center forms the micro pit, all around assumes the sputtering shape; the deposition coating surface is smooth, assumes shallowly golden yellow; the deposition coating surface mainly includesTi,N,O,C,Al,Na,F, TiCN has been evener in the deposition coating; the deposition coating mainly is composed by cubic structure TiCN, simultaneously has few Ti0.8V0.2 and C; the deposition coating section may divide three deposition, the coatings areas, the union area and the base area; There is a metallurgical bonding between deposition coating and substrate; TiCN is evener in the deposition coating longitudinal distribution, from binder course to the surface layer has TiCN.The experiment studied the capacitance, output voltage, frequency, nitrogen flow rate and time than the deposition parameters on the thickness of sedimentary layers. Generally speaking, if consider one of the factor to the influence of the thickness; the discharge energy is inadvisably too strong. And the middle energy parameters with high voltage matching middle capacitance are quite a perfect choice; analysis the microhardness, wear resistance of the coating. Draw reaction between substrate and sedimentary edm forming good metallurgical combination the coating mainly composed of TiCN phase, and the coating is compact, uniform, continuous, and effectively improve the surface properties of the matrix surface.The experiment proved that the workpiece by the ESD, its wearing resistant performance has the remarkable enhancement; its wearing capacity is above substrate 2 times on the orthogonal analysis test the wear of coating. Drawing the best craft parameter by using the orthogonal experiment: capacitance is 80μF, frequency is 800HZ, output voltage is 160V,and nitrogen flow rate is 5L/min; Through the analysis of variance of each factor that influences on amount of wear TiCN sediments that discharge capacitance for significant influence, working frequency, output voltage and reaction to protect gas flow is not significant.
