In recent years, LDH is being paid more and more attention for special samdwich, controllability of layers interval and anionic exchanging. New gusts can be inducted to interlayer by ion exchange, consequently alter the layer configuration and constitution. Then, the functional material would be abtained with the characters of organ and LDH. Thus, it show wide application prospects in the fields of absorption, drug retarded release, fire-retardant and catalysis etc.In this paper, using co-precipitation-hydrothermal synthesis method, Mg/Al-NO3-LDH sample and Zn/Al-NO3-LDH sample were prepared by single factor optimization of synthesis conditions. The XRD showed that the products had sharply diffraction peak and well crystal. Meantime, TG-DTA indicated they had the good thermal stability.Valproate-Mg/Al-LDH was made by way of ion exchange and co-deposition methods. Analyses implied the Valproate had untried into the LDH interlayer and super molecule configuration could be formed by XRD,FT-IR,TG-DTA. This configuration improved the thermal stability of Valproate. The study of retarded releasing showed the products prepared by co-deposition had well property of retarded releasing.Allopurinol-Zn/Al-LDH was made by way of ion exchange and co-deposition methods. The study of retarded releasing showed the products prepared by co-deposition had well property of retarded releasing.Study on how reaction process does to effect on preparation of insert compound. It's added the complementary hypothesis as to law of insert compounds preparation, and testifying the complementary hypothesis is credible in a nutshell。 Using hydrothermal synthesis method, surface of Mg/Al-LDH is modified by surfactant of valproate. Zhe size of Modified LDH is about 10μm, and Modified LDH is superior to LDH in improving zhe material of PVC on thermal stability and anti-agingablity.
