In recent years, water appears increasingly shortage situation ,water shortage has already become the important restriction factors for social and economic development. Therefore, water treatment and recycling has become one of the chosen strategy to solve the shortage of water resources. Sewage treatment and reuse methods including physical ,chemical and biological processing . Due to its low input in the late period,biological treatment was widely applied.Hybrid membrane bioreacror is one of the biological treatments,There are lots of advantages for Hybrid membrane bioreacror such as high treatment efficiency,good performance on resisting impact, low sludge output,space small, Easy to operate, is convenient for management operation,therefore, It is in a highly competitive in all kinds of processing methods.This experiment is hybrid membrane bioreacror,The packing is the combined packing that is easy to biofilm. membrane component is hollow-fibre membrane.The COD in the rawwater is between 87-299 mg/L,TN is between 40-75mg/L and TP is between 1.1-1.8mg/L. It should be monitor the removal efficiency of COD and NH4+-N everyday during the membrane forming.When the removal efficiency for COD is above 75% and NH4+-N is above 70%,the experiment is operate normally. During normal operation test long-term monitoring, through analysising the monitoring data of the process can obtain the final removal for COD, TN, TP are respectively 96%, 67% and 65%.. Testing and monitoring each index of the reactor supernatant and membrane water to determine the role of the membrane in the experiment. In addition, the test also control various environmental conditions,through changing a certain environmental factor to determine the effect of each environmental factor. the optimum technological conditions for the process is:pH between 7-8, Temperature is about 25 degrees Celsius,HRT is 8 hours,MLSS is between 4-5g/L,DO is about 1.5mg/L.Through analysising experimental data, especially the analysis for NH4+-N, NO3 -N ,NO2-N of the water, can be found simultaneous nitrification-denitrification occured in hybrid membrane. The dissolved oxygen content in reactor bioreactor is an important factor to influence simultaneous nitrification-denitrification,so,this experiment through orthogonal tests differentiate effect to determine the dissolved oxygen which make the simultaneous nitrification-denitrification in the best value. This experiment also observe the variation of flow with pressure gauge, reading for influence of membrane fouling and membrane blocked factors, and to explore suggestions how to alleviate membrane pollution.Finally, making economic analysis and comparison for the compound MBR process technical, The result indicates that the construction cost and operation cost between Compound MBR technology and traditional wastewater treatment technology in small difference,so this treatment processes has very good use value in technology and economy, and it has the very good feasibility.
