The components are very complex in coke plant wastewater, in which contains refractory organic compounds, and great changes usually happen to water quality and water flow. It is a typical industrial wastewater, in which contains a number of toxic and nocuous compounds. But most of the traditional treatment processes were conventional activated sludge method, through which the removal of COD and ammonia nitrogen is not favorable and the effluent concentration couldn't attain the wastewater drainage level, which will cause severe harm to our environment and human body. On the traditional foundation of the scorch factory, therefore, it is necessary to increase a reasonable depth handling to make useless water attain the wastewater drainage level, which is a kind of economic technology. Research shows that it is feasible that biological aerated filter which is added C,P nutrition is used to in-depth remove COD of the coke wastewater which does not meet standards.Test by adding C, P nutrition method to study if the C, P nutrition is the main factors of COD in-depth removal from the coke plant wastewater and that the effluent of out water COD by experimental can meet the national discharge standards. The experimental results show that: by adding C, P nutrition, when the anoxic and aerobic height ratio is 3:1, hydraulic loading is 0.05m3/m2·d~0.1m3/m2·d, gas-water ratio is 3:1, water temperature around 31℃, PH between 7.0~10, the raw water COD is 165~185mg / L, ammonia is 25~35mg / L in the case, outo water COD can reach the lowest 86.431mg / L, average effluent COD up to 89.443 mg / L, COD average removal rate up to 75.157%, NH3-N average removal rate up to 99.069%.The experimental use KH2PO4 as P nutrition, study of the the effluent about outo water when add P nutritio only under the quantity of 0.025g / l of raw water, 0.05g / l of raw water, 0.1g / l of raw water, 0.15g / l of raw water. The experimental results show that: there have no obvious relationship in constraints between how much P nutrition added and COD removal rate, but impact of NH3-N and TP removal efficiency direct. When the dosage of KH2PO4 is 0.1g / l of raw water, the outo water quality reach the best. Average effluent COD is 104.155mg / L, COD average removal rate up to 43.92%, NH3-N average removal rate reach 97.35%, TP removal rate reach 72.473%.The experimental use amylaceum as C nutrition, study of the the effluent about outo water when add C nutritio only under the quantity of 0.125g / l of raw water, 0.25g / l of raw water, 0.5g / l of raw water. The experimental results show that: When the dosage of amylaceum is 0.1g / l of raw water, the outo water quality reach the best. COD removal rate can reach 66% or more, and the lowest effluent COD reduce to 98mg / l, NH3-N average removal rate reach 92.08%.Tests were also chosen four kinds of C, P sources combined dosage form, study of the the effluent about outo water when add C,P nutritio at the same time. The experimental results show that: When the dosage of KH2PO4 is 0.1g/l of raw water, dosage of glucose is 0.25g/l in raw water,outo water COD can reach the lowest 86.431mg/L, average effluent COD reach 89.443mg/L, COD average removal rate up to 75.157%, NH3-N removal rate up to 99.069%. This show that C, P source for the Treatment of Coking Wastewater technology played a vital role.In the tested, if there is effluent NH3-N concentration increased in the case, we addition of a water recycle plant which reflux ratio is 1:1. NH3-N effluent concentration dropped to 1mg / l less in a few days.In this research, by adding a small amount of C, P nutrition source in the depth treatment of the coke wastewater could meet the national standard level two in《Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant》(GB 18918-2002). The concentration of COD was less than 100mg/L and of ammonia nitrogen was less than 25mg/L. This craft is economic and feasible in technology.
