Wood's degradation of liquid is one of new substitutes for polyether and isocyanate to make the polyurethane.Not only can itimprove the utilization of resources ,but also reduce the cost and the dependence of petroleum products for the polyurethane industry.It plays an importantly realistic and strategic role to slow down today's environmental crisis and the energy crisis.In this paper we used ethylene glycol to prepare the degradation of Shaliu and optimize the degradation process,then we got a best degradation process.After analyzed the degradation ,we used the degradation to make the polyurethane and modfied the polyurethane with one or two kinds of ADDP.The main results of this studies on this paper are as follows;1.The degradation of Shaliu mainly contain a lot of alcoholic extract hydroxyl group,phenolic hydroxyl group,and carbonyl group ,ect.The alcoholic extract hydroxyl group is mainly from glucose and xylopyranose , the phenolic hydroxyl group mainly exists in the springyl and guaiacy and the carbonyl mainly comes from the cinnamaldehyde.The content of each fuctional group were 14.23%,4.31%,2.71%.And the content of glucose is 4.28g/L.The carbonyl group's acidity is 1.706%.2.With the introduction of the degradation,the new PU elastomers'heat resistance and the glass transition temperature are considerably greater than those of tranditional PU.3.(1)The mechanical properties of the PMMA modified polymer composites were the best when the content of PMMA is 10%.And the organic solution resistance is also improved.Howwer, the hardness, friction and friction coffident are improved with the increasing of PMMA.When the content of PMMA reached 30%,the friction ,fricton coffident and the loss are maxmize.(2)The PMMA modified polymer composites'fracture from cleavage to qusi-cleavage and the fracture is typical brittle fracture.Investigated by SEM and EPMA,we found that the new material has formed an interpenetrating polymer networks. And the particle size has increased by 0.11nm,the hight increased by 3.985nm ,the molecule area increased by 0.67nm2.4.(1) The mechanical properties of the EVA modified polymer composites were the best when the content of EVA is 30%.and increased by 242.7% compared with the pure polyurethane. And the organic solution resistance has changed.Howwer, the hardness, friction and friction coffident are decreased with the increasing of EVA.When the content of EVA reached 10%,the friction ,fricton coffident and the loss are minimum.On the contrary ,when the content of EVA reached 20%,the friction ,friction coffident and the loss are maxmize.(2) The EVA modified polymer composites'fracture from cleavage to dimple and the fracture is typical ductile fracture. Investigated by SEM and EPMA,we found that the new material has formed a sem- interpenetrating polymernetwork.and a claviform structure.The particle size has decreased by 0.07nm,the hight increase by 0.641nm,the molecule area increased by 0.11nm25.Modified the CE with the three modifiers and the results indicate that the impact strength and the flexural strength are maxmize,the impact strength increased by 2.39times,the flexural strength increased by 1.32times,when the quality of CE/PAN is 85/15.Compared with the pure PU,the nanomaterial of SiO2 modified PU's impact strength increased by 30.31% and the flxural strength increased by 17.16%.
