Supercritical water oxidation technology as a highly efficient energy-saving, handling simple, easy to operate, adjustable selective advantages, in particular, have in the process does not generate new waste characteristics, organic pollutants can completely converted into harmless substances, known as "green clean" technologies, subject to wide attention.Designed this study using supercritical water oxidation unit to paraffin, naphthalene, residue substitution of the components in crude oil were alkanes, aromatics and asphaltene object of study, analysis of supercritical water oxidation of the components of crude oil oxidation. Through the reaction temperature, reaction pressure, reaction residence time and oxidant factors such as changes in the amount of crude oil in a family study component of the impact of the removal rate, and right through the hot water washing off the oil sludge and sewage treatment in ultra - critical water oxidation treatment, the sludge samples before and after reaction by IR spectroscopy. The test results as follows: The optimum reaction conditions of Paraffin were: reaction temperature is 420-440℃; reaction pressure is 27MPa; reaction time is 10min; The actual and theoretical oxygen demand ratio of oxygen is 2-4; The optimum reaction conditions of naphthalene were: reaction temperature is 420-440℃; reaction pressure is 25-27MPa; reaction time is 7-10min; The actual and theoretical oxygen demand ratio of oxygen is 2; The optimal reaction conditions of residual oil were: reaction temperature is 420-440℃; reaction pressure is 24-27MPa; reaction time is 5-10min; The actual and theoretical oxygen demand ratio of oxygen is 2-4. Under the conditions of the reaction temperature is 420℃, reaction pressure is 25MPa, residence time is 10min, peroxide ratio is 4, the treatment of the Removal of oil sludge and sewage is that (and sewage oil 0.65%) the COD removal efficiency reached 95.5%,and reach the discharge standards.
