Establishment the mathematical model of wet steam flow in the pipeline,analyze the flow and heat transfer effects through the factors such as flow,diameter,insulation thickness,dried degree of the wet steam flow in the pipeline and to optimize the process parameters.To design the pipe network system parameters under the conditions required to meet the design specifications,to definited the objective function as the lowest total annual cost,establishment the mathematical model of steam injection pipe network overall optimization,the model included station investment,steel investment,insulation investment, the annual power loss and annual cooling costs.Insulating layer composite insulation structure.Optimize the layout,including the station site optimization,dry pipe trends and length,the diameter and insulation of dry pipe and branch pipe and so on.Because The optimization model is a non-linear constraint function and it can not be translated into a linear constraint function,the objective function can not be seeking a first-order partial derivatives, after analysis and comparison,using genetic algorithms to solve it.Program the applications of steam injection pipe network overall optimization design by C language .Calculation and analysis by using the economic parameters of real field,validate the methods and procedures in this article is correct, and achieved satisfactory results after optimized,put forward some rationalization proposals for overall layout of the steam injection pipe network to achieve cost saving objection.
