This thesis identifies the major controlling factors affecting the corrosion rate were temperature, CO2 partial pressure, the output (or medium velocity), materials in which phase (gas or liquid), and type of material.Studies show that for low alloy steel (3Cr, 9Cr) and ordinary carbon steel (P110, N80), the most severe corrosion conditions: 80℃, CO2 partial pressure 13Mpa, output 20 of / day, in the liquid phasemedium.P110, N80, 9Cr, 3Cr steel four kinds of carbon steel and low alloy steel corrosion product layer morphology after the similar morphology, the product mainly composed of film FeCO3, liquid membrane under the top surface corrosion, loosethus reflected in the higher corrosion rate.In contrast, gas phase products formed under film corrosion than the liquid film surface more smooth and dense.XRD spectrum are the main components of FeCO3 and Cr (OH)3.Electrochemical method and high temperature autoclave test method, three types of metal materials, stainless steel (22Cr, 13Cr and HP13Cr), low-alloy steel (3Cr, 9Cr), ordinary carbon steel (P110), to galvanic corrosion, the resultsAlthough different types of materials that have high potential difference between, but the corrosion current density is relatively low, only mild corrosion. From an economic point of view on the selection, use of corrosion inhibitor, corrosion program within the coating 3, for the economic evaluation. And the preparation of the protective measures and implementation. CO2 corrosion mechanism and the impact from the law, combining with mine corrosion requirements, made with CO2 gas Jilin Oilfield Corrosion and Protection of the technical framework.
