Hydrogenation Reactor is a very important chemical reaction of oil equipment, because of it long-term operation in the high temperature and pressure environment, which is caused of the container material damage. In the resulting defects, which still to crack is the most dangerous hazards, access to relevant literature, we easily find that if anything happens it would have been very serious consequences, so strengthening the hydrogenation reactor of cracks have an important practical significance. This paper studies a number of hydrogenation reactor in the cracks and crack types which often appear under the premise of a refinery to study the hydrogenation reactor carrier, combining theory with the actual situation under the assumption that the sealed head over there to connect parts of semi-elliptical surface cracks.Application of standards《GB/T 19624-2004》to safety assessment, the use of surface defects and surface defects simplified assessment of its regular assessment tests are obtained, the crack defects could be acceptable conclusion。Looking at actual hydrocracking reactor operation, summed up the stress and temperature fluctuations, using the standard《GB / T 19624-2004》assessment of their fatigue, to calculate the safety of life.According to the actual operating conditions of hydrogenation Reactor, application of ANSYS software, respectively, subject only to internal pressure, steady-state temperature field, transient-temperature field and mechanical-temperature coupling stresses, to study the mechanical behavior. In the theoretical calculation based, application of the finite element method, numerical simulation of the cracks which existenced in the hydrogenation.Firstly, conduct to two-dimensional crack of simulating and computing the stress intensity factor changing values and the crack length relations; and then preliminary study and research the three-dimensional crack, which in turn appear in the actual project to provide the reference of the crack situation.
