Plastic, which has characteristics of durable, corrosion-resistant, easy processing and excellent molding, has become one of important materials of social life. Meanwhile, the total increases of plastic waste also constitute a serious threat to environment. In order to find plastic recycling processes with high efficiency, low cost, pollution and energy consumption, a comprehensive analysis of various kinds of evaluation indexes for plastic waste recycling is established by using the Life Cycle Assessment (referred to as LCA). Analyzing and optimizing the plastic waste recycling processes have great important practical significance for environment protection, sustainable development and health of human beings.In order to have a detail analysis for the relationship between recycling process and related equipment, a Network model is established in this paper. Based on this model, an evaluation framework is built and the database of plastic waste recycling is also improved. So do the life-cycle assessment simulation analysis for standard plastic waste recycling process (Disassembly-Breaking-Sorting-Washing-Re-sorting-Dehalogenation-Recovery) by using network model. Aimed at multitude indicators and many complicated relationship in recycling evolution, a optimization calculation for standard plastic recycling with three indicators:the cost, recovery efficiency and environmental impact is finished by using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP).Combined with Orthogonal Experimental Design (OED), the specific process recovery process under the specified constraints is optimized and the related optimization software package. is authorized.According to analysis of various processing methods of standard plastic waste recycling process, it is obtained that Network model can simulate the structure of waste plastics recycling system and features preferably; it can be used for evaluation. The LCA of plastic waste based on this model are high practical and scientific, which can also provides a basis of recycling technology development and improvement. With the case of the actual situation of plastic waste recycling industry in China, this paper discussed the relationship between recycling capacity and business input costs, and puts forward the innovative approach of plastic waste recycling process, greater impacts on the environment factors and suggestive measures and solutions.
