This thesis have mainly composed three kinds of new asymmetric structure regulator and studied the affect of their respective two-compound-combination regulator on microstructure of polybutadiene, through the control of polymer microcosmic structure, we can effective synthesis high, medium and low vinyl polybutadiene rubber. We also have tentatively probed the attfect of the four hydrogen furfuryl alcohol sodium and ethyl ether four hydrogen furfuryl alcohol/four hydrogen furfuryl alcohol sodium in the polybutadiene coupling reaction. These work make the basis for next step industrial applications of SBS and Dissolve the synthesis of butyl benzene composed.Research shows that:the four hydrogen furfuryl ethyl ether,four hydrogen furfuryl sodium and N, N dimethyl four hydrogen amines have general characteristics:efficient regulator, With the increase of adjusting dosage, the content of polybutadiene 1,2 structure are also on the increase, When R increase to some value, the microcosmic structure of polybutadiene tends to saturation.Molecular weight distribution have increased with the regulators dosage and temperature add. But dosage and adjusting range have some different Using four hydrogen furfuryl ethyl ether, when R is in between 0.05 and 6,the polybutadiene 1,2 structure content can be controled form 20% to 80%, molecular weight distribution in between 1.12 and 1.34,when R≥2 structure adjustment become gentle; Appling four hydrogen furfuryl sodium for regulator, when R is in between 0.3 and 2.0, the polybutadiene 1,2 structure content can be controled form 40% to 80%, and molecular weight distribution in between 1.19 and 1.48,In the next coupling reaction, Coupling occurs when intensify coupling agent,it can counteract the reaction between four hydrogen furfuryl alcohol sodium and coupling agent SiCl4. Using N, N dimethyl four hydrogen amines as regulator, when R is in between0.07 and 1.3, the polybutadiene 1,2 structure content can be controled form 20% to 75%, molecular weight distribution in between 1.08 and 1.14,when R> 0.8, it tends to saturation that adjusting the structure of polybutadiene 1,2.Additionally, the qualitative research indicate:When the temperature is 50 or 60 degrees, when R>0.65, the adjustment ability of N, N dimethyl four hydrogen amines is best and have more narrow distribution of synthetic polymers, It has no effect on the basic activity center.Using dual compound regulator experiment shows:Four hydrogen furfuryl ethyl ether/dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid sodium binary adjustment system has both the high adjust ability of four hydrogen ethyl ether furfuryl alcohol and the temperature sensitivity features of dodecyl benzenesulfonic acid sodium, The ability to adjustment is more than two separate adjustment ability, but less than two sum; the adjustment ability of four hydrogen furfuryl sodium/four hydrogen furfuryl ethyl ether binary regulating system is between them, subsidiary reaction can occur in between regulation system and coupling agent, influence the coupling reaction.
