In the manufacturing of tube heat exchanger, stainless steel U-shaped tube roll forming makes U-shaped tube R site's crystal structure changes thus the material Anti-corrosion performance decline. U-shaped tube ruptures when serious stress corrosion occurs at working. So, In the process of production, the solution treatment of stainless steel U-shaped tube to recover crystal structure is also a very important link.U-shaped tube manufacturing techniques requests solution treatment to recover crystal structure. Although the conventional method of solution treatment can be used, its processing efficiency is low, worker's labor is intensive, stability of process is poor and processing result is not satisfactory. Although foreign U-tube solution treatment equipments is advanced, they are expensive and difficult to maintain. At present, only a few companies have the experience of designing this device at home. However, no mature products were sold in the market and their designing are based on their special cases, it can not be used to other businesses.Based on this background and the requirement of the manufacturer, we carried out the development Research of device. After the analysis of manufacturing techniques requirements and working conditions, the issue used MCU as the core of autocontrol system, heavy-current contactless control heating, infrared thermometer temperature measurement, real-time temperature signal is transmitted to MCU, water cooling way, air drainage quickly and so on. Heavy-current control algorithm is given, realizes the automation of solution treatment and improves that the existing temperature measurement is not accurate and slow response and instability. The main topic includes:(1) Scheme analysis and determination of solution treatment device. By collecting relevant datum at home and abroad, analysis and appraisal of various schemes is carried out. The heating system, temperature data acquisition system and cooling system scheme of solution treatment device is determined.(2) Mechanical structure analysis and improvement of solution treatment device, including the structure used to clamp and release U-shaped tube, brackets system and cooling system is done.(3) Hardware design of the key electrical control links of solution treatment device is done, as well as circuit design of interrelated function part of the heating system design, temperature data acquisition system and cooling system.(4) Software design of solution treatment device is done, which includes the main program flow chart of the system, initialization, the program of controllable temperature system and interruption subroutine.(5) Human-Machine interface development of solution treatment device is done, which includes type Selection of liquid crystal display and its hardware circuit connectivity and program design of some function module. The design of keyboard and indicator circuit is also finished.
