The structure of the nano-Fe3O4, the surface modification of nano-Fe3O4, the dispersed state of nano-Fe3O4 in natural rubber,the interface action of nano-Fe3O4 and the mechanical properties, aging resistance, thermal stability and processability of nano-Fe3O4/NR composite were investigated by TEM, SEM, XRD, IR, TG/DTG, RPA and determination methods of mechanical property.The results showed that:the nano-Fe3O4/NR composites prepared by the emulsion coagulation had more excellent comprehensive properties than mechanical mixing method and the magnetic fluid coagulation because of the better dispersion of nano-Fe3O4 and the improved structure of the composite material.Silane coupling had obvious effect on nano-Fe3O4, improving the dispersion of nano-Fe3O4 and enhancing the interface between natural rubber and nano-Fe3O4, and improved the mechanical properties, anti-aging, thermal stability and processing performance of composite materials. Si69 had better modification effect. The amount of Si69 had a significant performance impact on the nano-Fe3O4/NR composites. With the increasing of Si69, the modification effect got better, and decreased when the amount was more than 15%.when the amount of Si69 was 15%, rubber compound 's G'was higher,while Tan Delta smaller and nano-Fe3O4/NR composite had good comprehensive properties. The amount of nano-Fe3O4 had a greater impact on the structure and properties of nano-Fe3O4/NR composite, rubber compound's G'and Tan Delta got higher and smaller respectively and increased the nano-Fe3O4/NR composite's mechanical properties, aging resistance and thermal stability by adding nano-Fe3O4 to natural rubber. The nano-Fe3O4/NR composites had better comprehensive properties when the amount of nano-Fe3O4 was 15%; The type and content of antioxidant had some effect.on the nano-Fe3O4/NR composites. The antioxidant could effectively improve the mechanical properties, aging resistance and thermal stability of nano-Fe3O4/NR composite.When the amount of antioxidant 4010NA was 1.0, nano-Fe3O4/NR composite had better overall performance; with the increased strain, Rubber Compound's G'decreased while the Tan Delta increased; As the frequency increased, the composite material of G'increased but Tan Delta declined. As the temperature increased, the composite G'decreased first and then increased, while Tan Delta had reverse trend.
