With the development of modern industry and population density increases, large amounts of untreated sewage and industrial wastewater directly into water bodies, leading to water pollution, increased. Phenol-containing wastewater is a harm great, wide range of industrial wastewater pollution on people's normal life. To carry out phenol wastewater pollution prevention and control research is to protect the environment, maintaining the ecological balance of the important tasks. Because aquatic organisms have a treatment capacity, easy to cage, as a means of purifying contaminated water bodies have been unanimous recognition by domestic and foreign scholarsThis paper focuses on Cladophora fracta,Chara contraria,Potamogeton crispus,Nasturium officinale and Spirogyra longata, five kinds of aquatic plants on the removal of the phenol-containing wastewater.Experimental Methods L9 (34) and L27(313) orthogonal design, the domestication of aquatic plants, according to experimental design in an artificial climate chamber culture, the treated wastewater in the UV-Vis absorbance values were measured. Converted into the concentration of the standard curve, then to analyse the results. The results analysis shows, when the phenol concentration is 6mg/L, removal of Phenol by Cladophora fracta the best combination is Temperature 18℃Exposure time 2h Weight 0.5g. Treatment of Chara contraria on phenol the optimal level combination is Temperature 28℃Exposure time 4h Weight 0.5g. Removal of phenol by Potamogeton crispus optimal level combination is Temperature 8℃Exposure time 2h Weight 0.5g, Nasturium officinale optimal level of phenol removal combination is Temperature 28℃Exposure time 2h Weight 0.5g, phenol removal by Spirogyra longata optimal level combination is Temperature 8℃Exposure time 1h Weight 0.5g.When the concentration of phenol is 1200mg/L, Removal of phenol by Cladophora fracta optimal level combination is Temperature 8℃Exposure time 1h Weight 1.Og. When the phenol concentration of 300mg /L, on the Char a contraria Phenol optimal level combination is Temperature 28℃Exposure time 2h Weight 1.5g. When the phenol concentration of 500mg/L, phenol removal of Potamogeton crispus optimal level combination is Temperature 28℃Exposure time 4h Weight 1.Og, Spirogyra longata to remove phenol optimal level combination is Temperature 8℃Exposure time 4h Weight 0.5g.when the phenol concentration of 600mg/L, phenol removal by Nasturium officinale optimal level combination is Temperature 18℃Exposure time 4h Weight 1.Og.
