The rock burst is one of the complex dynamic phenomena in coal mining, it's violent and destructiveness brings the huge threat for the mine safety production. Because the cause lead to rock burst is complex, the influencing factor to be numerous, the mechanism, the forecast and the control technique about rock burst has become the key point and the difficult question which the mining worker needs to solve.In this thesis, the domestic and foreign research results about rock burst, such as mechanism, the forecast and the control technique, has been summed. The thorough analysis to the coal crag's under blast load function destruction process as well as the release of pressure demolition prevention rock burst's mechanism has made. The theoretical analysis and the laboratory test are used to research the bursting liability of Jiang He coal mime, according to the produce condition the key factor, such as geology condition and technology, that impact rock burst has been analyzed, method of aggregative index was used to evaluate the burst dangerousness and determined the rock burst special hazard region.
