The marine deep brine of Pinlopa Well 4 is a oversize liquid treasures first been found in the word, which have multi-element and enrich in potash,bron,bromine, iodine, and other elements.The research of the utilization technology for this mineral resources have important significance for the sustainable development and alleviation of the current resources shortage in China.However, how to achieve the high-value of the primary product and make the higher level utilization of resources to be true is a common problem which each kind of mineral resource development faces at present in domestic,and so on of the marine deep brine of Pinlopa Well 4.This research use the ten water borax as raw material ,which is a unrefined product of the Qionglai Hongfeng potash fertilizer Co., Ltd. By a different synthesis process, prepares a high quality low hydration zinc borate product, this have increased above 5 times value for the law boron product of this company.The zinc borate is one kind of the inorganic burning inhibitors, it widely applies in plastic, rubber, chemical building materials, coating and other organic high polymer compound industry. There are many synthetic methods of zinc borate at present, and the metathesis is a master method at present.Because the boric acid is a multi-dimensional weak acid in compound the 2335 zinc borate (2ZnO·3B2O3·3.5H2O) ,it has existence many kinds of shapes, and could form at least seven different crystal products, but the research of this system is less at present.There has existing many technology difficults in synthesizes 2335 zinc borate: (1)the difficulty control of the component forms lead it to form many kinds of products and the products is impure, the granularity is big; (2) massive B2O3 exist in the mother liquor difficulty to circulates use,the utilization of the B2O3 is low.Against the above problems, this study focused on the reaction conditions of synthesis the 2335-type zinc borate, put forward the new technology of 'three-step' process to handle the mother liquor first time, and found the key of synthesis single crystalline zinc borate 2335, have prepared maximum particle size of 5μand high purity 2335-type zinc borate, and formation a rational synthesis method, the utilization of the boron and zinc measure up to 98.8% and 99.9%, higher than 95% of the current level.The best technological conditions of this research is:1)Reaction time is 6 hours, the compound temperature is between 90-96℃, the ratio of the fluid to solid is about 1.85 in reacting system, the feeding order is borax﹥boric acid﹥zinc sulfate﹥zinc oxide, and the mole ratio is M(borax): M(zinc sulfate): (zinc oxide) =1.05: 1:1, the weight ratio is m(borax): m(boric acid) =1.176.2) Proposed the 'three step' processing to deal with the mother liquor when circular reaction first time, and the boron and sulfate radical could separation under the normal temperature does not need to evaporate the mother liquor, this method has greatly simplify the produce process and reduce the energy consumption.
