Along with the society to the environmental protection request daily enhancement, "Highly effective, Energy conservation, No pollution" the production pattern more and more receives people's attention. The printing profession, as the sewage production big household, how achieve in the real conditions of efficient wastewater treatment has gradually suspended in the agenda. The printing profession widely uses each kind of organic solvent enable clothes to have each kind of different colors and characteristic. Massive active ingredient was used, not only caused in the waste water the pollutant ingredient was quite complex, moreover the water volume was big, belongs to the waste water which more difficult to process. Although the existing traditional process may basically satisfy this kind of waste water treatment request, but along with the water resources scarcity, the production cost unceasing enhancement and the higher environmental protection request. This thesis take the wastewater treatment of Guangdong Esquel textile limited company as the research object, to reduce the use of a large number of physico-chemical treatment and sludge formation, or the use of anaerobic treatment and acidification caused by the high sulfate concentration of hydrogen sulfide toxicity take dyeing wastewater sales commission to conduct the research as the goal to the BAF+ Ozone- Biological aerated filter combination craft. The experimental results obtained are as follows:1. The control factors of BAF in the pilot plant study were explored. The optimum operating parameters were determined: the optimum gas to water ratio was 3︰1 to 5︰1, hydraulic load about 0.153 m3/(m2·h), the flow of water 30L/h, HRT 6.3h. At this time CODCr and NH3-N concentration in the effluent were maintained at 287.3~319.3mg/L and 4.23~9.28mg/L. The average removal rate of CODCr and NH3-N were 65.67%~66.87% and 75.9~90.29% respectively. The removal rate of turbidity were 75.90% to 91.29%.2. O3-BAF gas-water ratio is selected 3︰1, water flow: 13.1L/h, hydraulic load: 0.075 m3/(m3·h). At this time, when ozone dosage is the 60 mg/L, the average concentration of effluent CODCr reach 52.2 mg/L; CODCr average removal rate is 82.8%; the water color is 30 times in average, color removal rate was 96.3%. 3. The removal of organic matter(CODCr), NH3-N, turbidity mainly happened in height of
