In the thesis, it has explored the electrochemical method that used to prepared nano-ZnO. On the condition of external electric field, Surface modification of One-dimensional Nano-ZnO was directly synthesized. As-prepared nano-ZnO was characterized: SEM showed that nano-ZnO is one-dimension clubbed structure. TG showed that purity of nano-ZnO is higher. XRD showed that the product has good crystallization property, it belongs to hexagonal system. UV-Vis property showed that the product has more strong ultraviolet absorption and visible transmission, and characteristic absorption peak at 360 to 400 nanometer. IR spectrum showed the product is surface-modificative.It has explored the ion Exchange method that used to prepared surface modification of nano-ZnO. The optimum technical parameters were confirmed: pneumatic stirring time is 8h and proportion of anion and cation exchange resins is 3:1. and the morphology of product is uniform flake. TG showed that purity of nano-ZnO is higher. XRD showed that the product has good crystallization property, it belongs to hexagonal system. ZnO diffraction peak was the only diffraction peak, there is no impurity phase in products showed that purity of nano-ZnO is higher. UV-Vis property showed that the product has more strong ultraviolet absorption and visible transmission, and characteristic absorption peak at 360 to 400 nanometer. Products has the highest absorbance under 8h. It showed that the most ZnO existing under 8h. IR spectrum showed the product is surface-modificative.At last part, it has explored the electrochemical method that used to prepared Zn doped ZnO conductive powder. On the condition of external electric field, high activity Zinc Powder was directly synthesized. Zn doped ZnO conductive powder was prepared in collected and drying process. As-prepared conductive powder was characterized. SEM showed that ZnO conductive powder is spherical structure, good dispersivity and no agglomerates can be observed. XRD showed that the product has good crystallization property, it belongs to hexagonal system. Zinc diffraction peak Existing in XRD. It shows that products was Zn doped ZnO conductive powder. The resistivity measurement of conductive powder significantly is 1.52K?·cm. The henry whiteness of conductive powder is 30.60.
