With the social progress, improvement of living standards, and the frequent occurrence of food safety issues caused by environmental pollution, the food quality and safety and health of human gain more and more attention. As basis for food production, agricultural products'quality and safety has become a top priority of food safety. The formation of agricultural production is a natural reproduction intertwined with economic reproduction process, which determines the external agricultural production environment in the air, water, soil and other factors have a significant impact on the quality of agricultural products, the choice and the environmental construction of the origin is the first ensure in aspect of the quality and safety issues. Soil pollution is known as the "invisible pollution", because of its character of hidden and hysteretic, but its pollution on the quality and safety of agricultural products is the most direct. Once soil is polluted, it is difficult to remediation. With its characteristics of extensive, concealment and hysteretic, associated and comprehensive, cumulative and difficult to restore and indirected harm, heavy metals has become some of the most important environmental problems. The development of potential ecological risks of soil quality assessment and prediction of regional heavy metal contamination have practical significance on controlling heavy metal contamination of soil, improving soil quality of the environment to ensure safety in production of agricultural products.Wenling, which is in Zhejiang Province, was selected in this study. On the basis of sampling and testing, with SPSS and geographic information systems software, we analyzed and evaluated the status of heavy metal pollution and the potential ecological risks of the studied area, and the results were expressed in form of visible. On the basis of investigation and study of Wenling, we further selected Broccoli production base in Binhai town, which is representational, as research object. We analyzed and evaluated its heavy metal pollution status and potential ecological risks, and the quality of broccoli.1. The changes of soil heavy metals in different parts of Wenling is relatively large, especially Hg and Cd, which have larger coefficient of variation. The soil was polluted by Hg, Cd, Pb in various degrees in part of the city. The contamination of soil heavy metal is different in different township streets: The content of Hg in the soil has reached the average 0.4mg/kg in Taiping and West city streets, which are located in center of Wenling, have been polluted; the average levels of Cd of Zeguo and West city towns are above class 2 standard of national soil environmental quality; the Pb content of every township is reach a higher level, except for Pine doors, Binhai and Ruoheng townships, Pb average concentration in which does not exceed the natural background value (35.0mg/kg); the content of Cr, As in every township is relatively low and unpolluted. The overall pollution of Pine doors and Binhai town is lower, and soil quality is relatively good. In general, the comprehensive polluted of heavy metals is relatively low.3. As and Cd, Cr and Pb is significantly positively correlated in Wenling, and As and Hg, As and Cr, As and Pb, Hg and Pb, Hg and Cr was significantly negatively correlated. There is a serious ecological risk of Hg in Wenling, the sequence of ecological risk of heavy metals in soils is:Hg>Cd>Pb>As>Cr.5. The soil quality of Brassica oleraceal.var.totrytisl production base in Binhai is basic good, it is suitable for the development of pollution-free vegetable production. Brassica oleraceal. var. totrytisl is a heavy metal lowly concentrated vegetable, the heavy metal content of Brassica oleraceal.var.totrytisl produced by Brassica oleraceal.var.totrytisl production base in Binhai is under the line of National health indicators for green food standard of cabbage vegetables, it is safety agricultural products. At last, we made some suggestion and countermeasures in accord with the status of agricultural products quality and safety of our country.
