As the field entered the development stage of high water cut stage, crude oil increasingly difficult. In order to improve production and increase oil recovery, oil and gas field development project in the increasingly widespread use of "chemical solution injected into the reservoir " new technology, and these chemical solution rheology is non-Newtonian power law fluid. Non-Newtonian fluid viscosity in the formation of a shear rate of change with variable, stress response reflected in the instability shown by different characteristics of Newtonian flow. Therefore, the study of non-Newtonian power law fluid flow law is important.This paper studies a homogeneous reservoir pseudoplastic fluid and unstable flow. Seepage through the integrated use of mechanical knowledge combined with mathematical and physical methods such as Laplace transform of Homogeneous Non-Newtonian power law fluid reservoir at constant rate production and production of set pressure, the outer boundary infinite, closed outer boundary, outside pressure to define three circumstances under which the flow law of derivation, in these six cases, the dimensionless pressure of the Laplace space solution.
