Research On Recycling Technology Of Key Parts In Post-use Air-conditioner

With the rapid development of science and technology,the renewing speed of house-hold appliances is accelerating constantly,and more and more house-hold air-conditioners come into the stage of life-ending. There are many valuable materials in post-use air-conditioners,which can be recycled and reused to save resources,to protect environment and to develop circulative economy.Through the researching on dismantling methods, dismantling sorts and dismantling principles of post-use air-conditioners,on the base of analyzing the recycling and treating technologies at home and abroad,using split air-conditioners as examples,the recycling process of wasted and old air-conditioners is put forward in the paper which adapts to Chinese condition. The harm of discharging refrigerants freely is indicated and the actualities of recycling refrigerants at home and abroad are analyzed. By improving the existing refrigerant recycling systems,a new type of refrigerant recycling equipment is designed and a special recycling tool (pipe connector under pressure)for refrigerants is developed. The actualities of recycling compressors in post-use air-conditioners are analyzed and the feasible technologies for recycling compressors are established. Both the case-opening technique of compressors and the separating method of enamel-insulated coils and iron-cores in compressor motors are studied in detail,and the respective equipment is designed. The sort and structure of air-conditioner heat-exchangers are analyzed in the paper. The mechanical and physical method for heat-exchanger's batch recycling is presented for the first time,which includes pre-treating,cutting,crushing,rolling,smashing,vibrating and air blowing. Finally,the recycling process of printed circuit boards in post-use air-conditioners is put forward,which includes the unsoldering of components,the crushing of PCB boards,the smashing of PCB pieces and the separating of PCB grains.The recycling process for post-use air-conditioners drawn in the paper and the technologies and equipments designed for recycling key parts in air-conditioners are of great significance in instructing enterprises to recycle post-use air-conditioners and other electronic and electrical products.
