Sediment dredging is an effective way to control pollution from internal river. In order to achieve the desired effect on dredging program of Nanfei River, this paper conducts a preliminary study on the target section of Nanfei River from the West Second Ring Road to the Railway Bridge in the north of Qianshan Road.(1) To measure and analyse TN and TP in the water samples and mud samples which are sampling from 13 Cross-Sections in the target section of Nanfei River, the results show that TP and TN in the experimental section 's water sample and sediment sample are both highest. View the vertical distribution of sediment, TP and TN in the middle are higher than those at the top and bottom.(2) Investigate the affect on the nitrogen release of river's sediment under the different environmental conditions ,such as pH, temperature, DO and the presence form of overlying water,the results show that DO is negatively correlated with the nitrogen and phosphorus release ;temperature is positively correlated with the nitrogen and phosphorus release; pH is positively correlated with the phosphorus release,but negatively correlated with nitrogen release.(3) Select the middle sections of the river sediment, experimentize 59 days of the cylindrical static simulation experiments, measure and determine the average of ammonia nitrogen and soluble phosphorus at different dredging depths of all samples.
