As a special class of functional materials, organic/inorganic hybrid material with good processing properties of inorganic materials can show the mechanics and thermodynamics of good performance, so it is becoming a hot research area in recent years.Nano-SiO2 can improve the overall performance of modified polymer materials, But while there are still many problems of composite: nano-SiO2 is difficult to disperse evenly in the polymer, the aggregation phenomenon is obvious, the compatibility of inorganic phase and organic phase was low. This paper choose ACR as modified vector,compound silica sol,silica fume and nano-SiO2 with ACR in the process of polymerization. Prepared ACR\SiO2 hybrid composite particles and study on the composite particles modified PVC.Prepared ACR from the seed polymerization process, ACR polymerization process conditions was discussed in order to choose a best Polymerization conditions to make composite particles. The result shows that Semi-continuous seed polymerization is the best method of polymerization,polymerization at 75℃, core-shell ratio is 1:1,the ACR modified PVC shows best Performance.During the process of silica sol composite with ACR, discussed the effect of composite polymerization process on composite particles,characterized the thermal properties of composite particles. Modification PVC with the composite particles, concluded that mass fraction of composite particles content SiO2 is 30%, the composite particles can effectively improve the thermal performance of PVC, impact strength was not reduced. Application of KH-570 and CTAB modified on silica fume and nano-SiO2,using IR characterized the surface modification effect. After the surface modification,blend the SiO2 with the ACR to prepare the composite particles,and study on the effect of Modification of PVC. The result shows that using the composite particles with Coupling of modified SiO2,can improve the overall performance of PVC obviously.when application of KH570 modified the silia,and Silica content is 5% in the composite particles, modification of PVC shows the best performance.
