Research On Enterprise Environmental Responsibility Problems

The study of corporate social responsibility is beginning of the 20th century in western academic circles, with high academic value and practical significance. The enterprises implement the social responsibility is not only the requirement for its rapid development but also the necessary requirement for achieving sustainable human development. Among them, the environment is an important issue need to be solved in sustainable development, but the main reason for deterioration of the environment is not fully take on corporate environmental responsibility.This paper, from corporate social responsibility and sustainable development perspective, it is discussing the corporate social responsibility and environmental protection. Proposed corporate environmental responsibility is the need for innovation and resource-saving system is to achieve harmonious development between man and nature's needs. Focuses on the corporate social responsibility and sustainable development of the relationship, that corporate social responsibility is an important driving force for sustainable development of enterprises through to solve the external problems, the implementation of ISO14000 environmental management system, and actively promote ways to fulfill their social responsibility can to achieve sustainable development.Present the case of corporate social responsibility in China frequently multiple, enterprise-induced ecological damage, environmental pollution, resource depletion and a series of environmental issues abound. High pollution, high energy consume, extensive mode of economic development as we build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society barriers, and had a serious impact to China's ecological environment, social stability and economic development. Main reason is that market imperfections, immature market system; inadequate of legal system and regulations, the supervision of local government lags behind corporate social responsibility; stimulated by short-term economic interests, the enterprise's environmental awareness generally more weak. Today, in the implementation of scientific development and build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, we should change our thinking, sound laws and regulations; improve the supervision and coordination mechanism to promote corporate social responsibility, sustainable development.
