In this paper, the nano-TiO2 powder was synthesize by Sol-gel Method. In post-activation through coupling agent media, functional polymer polyethyleneimine plastic chemical will be grafting to titanium particles surface of the preparation of titanium dioxide, the Molecularly Imprinted Polymer was made. Also the effect of the material component the types of surface treatment agent of samples were studyed. The conclusions were as follows:(1) The paper introduced the preparation of nano-TiO2 powder via sol-gel process, The optimum experimental conditions as follows:reagent volume ratio of V (tetrabutyl titanate): V (anhydrous ethanol):V (deionized water):V (glacial acetic acid) was 1:5:0.5:0.1 and calcination temperature was 500℃for 2h. The TiO2 powder was characterized by XRD and TEM. Result showed that nano-scale TiO2 was of anatase type and the particle size of it was uniform with an average particle diameter in the range of 30-60nm.(2) With toluene as menstruum and the mass ratio of PEI/TiO2 as 15:1, effects of factors on grafting rate were investigated, such as reaction time, reaction temperature,monomers concentration and so on. Under these conditions, the grafting rate was about 2.32g/100g. The molecular imprinting of the polymer was analyzed by IR, to find polymine had been grafted to titanium particles surface.(3) The surface configurations and adsorption abilities of molecular imprinted Polymers were characterized by IR,TEM,XRD and so on. The results show that:At the dynamics of absorption, the absorption increased at the first 2hours and then increased slowly, at the time of 3hours reached the balance of absorption. Adsorption behavior belonged to a single molecule layer adsorption, in line with Langmiur adsorption. The higher the temperature the smaller the adsorption capacity, indicating that the process of adsorption process was exothermic. The imprinted materials had the good desorption performance and the re-use properties.
