Polyurethane(PU) has good mechanical property, and Polysiloxane(Psi) has excellent hot-resistance.The propertyies of modified PU used Psi were better as integrated the outstanding performance of PU&Psi,so it's a new material in good development prospects.According to the orthogonal form L9(34),three kinds of polyurethane(PU):one based on polybutadiene/acrylonitrile(HTBN), toluene diisocyanate(TDI);one based on polycarbonate diols(PCDL),TDI,HTBN.the last based on castor oil-polyether polyol,TDI,HTBN modified with polysiloxane were synthesized,the FITR,TG were also used in characterization.which mechanical properties,water/oil/organic solvents (toluene,ethyl alcohol)-resistance were tested. Also the values of nNCO:nHTBN were tested on the effect of propertyies.Its main contents are conclueded as the following:â‘ The optimum technology condition of HTBN/PU were:nNCO:nHTBN=1.6,NPsi:nHTBN=6%,nchain extende:nHTBN=5%,amino siloxane added at last;â‘¡The optimum technology condition of PCDL/HTBN/PU were:nNCO:nHTBN=1.8, NPsi:nHTBN=8%, nchain extende:nHTBN=7%, nHTBN:nPCDL=1:2;â‘¢The optimum technology condition of castor oil-polyether polyol/HTBN/PU were: nNCO:nHTBN=2.5, npsi:nHTBN=4%, nchain extende:nHTBN=5%, n castor oil-polyether polyol=0.25;Three PU were synthesized with the above optimum technology conditions, which properties were compared.The results showed mechanical properties of PCDL/HTBN/PU were best,also hot-resistance;The value of nNCO:nHTBN greatly effected the properties of water, ethyl alcohol-resistance of HTBN/PU;and greatly effected the property of water-resistance; also greatly effected the property of oil-resistance of castor oil-polyether polyol/HTBN/PU; And the value of nNCO:nHTBN wasn't beyond the 2 for HTBN/PU& PCDL/HTBN/PU...
