On the face of the high cost drilling rigs per day, ensure quality and safety of the premise, it becomes extremely important that how to save the various stages of drilling and completion time, maximumly save the drilling cost.At present, the development of deep water oil and gas drilling and completion experience is not much for our country, we need to do more theory reserches and practice. I do some systems reserches on the well completion test string structure of deep water. Based on the researches of well completion test technology, test tools and well completion test string structure features, figure out the differences of well completion test between the deep water areas and the shallow water, and introduce the major test tools of deep water well completion test. In the analysis on the deep water well completion test string stress and deformation of the temperature effect, expansion effect, piston effect, gravity effect and the flow effect, establish the basic deformation model of deep water well completion test string, by the mechanical analysis, check on the well completion test string strength. According to the completion test purposes, water depth and test formation features factors, optimize the types of test tools and connection of test tools, design the well test string structure. This study on the structure design of deep water well completion test string plays a certain guide significance, and has a great significance on improving the efficiency of completion test, accelerating the pace of deep water oil and gas exploration and development.
