Recently,multi molecular weight polymer separate injection technology has been widely applied in polymer flooding production practice, however, as the existing polymer flooding simulation model can only simulate sole molecular weight polymer flooding, it can do nothing to deal with multi molecular weight polymer flooding, which makes it unable to simulate feasibility study, strategy optimization and result prediction.Based on the classical polymer flooding 3 phases (oil, gas, water) 6 components (oil, gas, water, polymer, cation, anion) mathematical model, combined with mathematical description of multi molecular weight polymer flooding mechanism suggested by others, this paper has built a mathematical model which can simulate multi molecular weight polymer flooding and has worked out multi molecular weight polymer flooding numerical simulation software. This software can simulate not only water flooding, common polymer flooding but also multi polymer flooding.In multi molecular weight polymer flooding mathematical model, there are several multi molecular weight polymer solutions in the reservoir, flow of each molecular weight polymer meets its own independent material transition law, we have solved the flow of each polymer in the reservoir with independent components-concentration equation, which appears as the flooding process of total concentration of different multi molecular weight polymer concentrations on flooding mechanism, the parameters in the flooding mechanism mathematical model represent weighted mean of corresponding parameters of different polymers.We have checked calculation of sensitive parameters in a serial of polymer flooding process with multi polymer simulator, the results consistent with practical rule. The simulator has made multi polymer flooding numerical simulation in an oilfield in Liaodong bay, Bohai Sea successfully, we came out with an optimum polymer flooding plan. Practical application results show that this model has strong practicality and can be used in mechanical research of multi polymer flooding, plan optimization and development effect prediction.
