The nitride that in the disel can not only directly produce nitrogen oxides which can lead to acid rain by burning, but also can seriously affect the depth of the hydrodesulfurization of diesel. With the environmental regulations become more and more strict, producing clean fuel has become a trend. So removal of nitrogen compounds in diesel oil is an important task. According to the preliminary findings of current researches abroad, if the nitrogen compounds in diesel were removed by more than 90%, the effects of HDS would be greatly improved under the conventional hydrogenation condition, and sulfur content in diesel could be lowered to less than 30μg/g.This article uses chromatography silica gel as the carrier to produce modified adsorbent loaded 1.4%, 2.6%, 3.8%, 5.0%, 6.2% of nickel by volume impregnation method. It,s believed that the addition of nickel can improve the adsorption of silica gel.The article studys the differences and interaction of quinoline and indole absorb on modified silica gel at different temperatures and metal loaded by the experiments of static adsorption. The results showed that the adsorption of modified silica gel loaded 2.6% of nickel is much better than others. 100℃and 120℃are better for the adsorption of quinoline while 140℃is better for the adsorption of indole. Quinoline and indole can occupy different adsorption sites when they absorb on the modified silica gel at low nitrogen content. At high nitrogen content, there is competition between quinoline and indole when they absorb on the modified silica gel, but the competition is weak.Draw adsorption isotherms of quinoline and indole absorb on modified silica gel by changing the initial concentration and study the type of adsorption isotherms and thermodynamics. The results showed that there are S-type isotherm and L-type isotherm When quinoline and indole adsorb on silica gel. The adsorption of quinoline and indole is dominated by physical adsorption and there exist single molecular layer adsorption and multi-molecular layer adsorption. Thermodynamic data shows that their adsorption on chromatography silica gel is spontaneous.
