According to the process methods existed, some nature and composition of the FCC oil slurry were assayed. At the same time the catalyst powder separation and furfural purification were researched. After several static state tests for some kinds of additive used as add-sedimental, a kind of new additive was chosen. Selecting a better solvent is the key to extraction purification of the Shengli petrochemical FCC oil slurry. The experiment selected experimental conditions, can achieve 86.47% removal rate, and achieved good results.In order to make a full and proper use of saturated hydrocarbons and PAH in FCC oil slurry, measures of extractions has been taken with furfural as the extractant. Results on different conditions, e.x. different tempratures, proportion of extractant and FCC oil slurry, and time of extractions, etc. The best conditions of extractions have been certained by analysis of percentage of extracted oil. Extract oil in the high aromatic content, available for the processing of its high value-added raw materials for chemical products; refined oil were higher content of saturated hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbon cracking most vulnerable component, can be used as catalytic cracking feedstock use.By joining compound of extraction, refining oil yield increase and improve the quality of refined oil. Extractive distillation, the key is the choice of solvent, In the past single solvent extraction was only used. Therefore, this paper is to discuss the experiment of extracting aromatic component by the furfural mixed solvent. Adding the compound agent can improve the solution ability and selectivity of furfural and enhance the recovery and quality of treated oil. It is showed that the FCC oil slurry could be refined by the appropriate furfural mixed solvent as FCC feedstock, the saturated hydrocarbon content increased from 47.25% to 59.37~67.97%, and the ratio of carbon to hydrogen was increased from 1.75 to 1.77. The extractions riched in PAH,and the extraction result is improved evidently compared with single solvent.
