This way will bring huge enconomic benefites and effect upon society. During environment governing ,will elimate the surface soil that distributed within a deinite thick , is one of the important measure in contanination area , therefore the injection depth is controled by the eliminate machine that changed following the vary of terrain ,is important to imporve economic benefites and effect upon society.During contol the cutting depth by milling machine ,the soft soil leads the depth wheel out of action that contorl the depth and depth modulation, to resolve this question studing fuzzy-PID-controler and advance a way which control the earthing press of the depth wheel.The thesis introduct the background of the ground pressure of the controler depth wheel ,discuss objective,meaning and development trend, ,analyse control principiumthe of milling machine , advance working principium of the ground pressure of the controler depth wheel and finish the machine design. A mathematics modle of earthing press based mathematic deduction,and then analyse the stability and dynamic characteristic of system.Study fuzzy control and PID-controller in the theory ,advance the new method—the ground pressure of the controler depth wheel, the parameter adapt the fuzzy–PID-controller.The dynamic emulation modle is founded by Matlab/Simulink ,then sinusoidal signal and step signal is received by computer emluator .The results show that controller is feasible . Finally establish the experimental equipment, fuzzy-PID-controler is come ture by software , the effect of control proved by experiment . The experiment results show that the system can be follow-up given signal.The thesis is parallel the computer emluator to the experiment, prove a mathematics modle of ground pressure of the contoler depth wheel near the fact. |
