Thermodynamic and kinetics of Alite formation were studied in the formation by studying minerals matching relationship of clinker and doping liquid. The influences of the characteristic and content of liquid to the formation of Alite were investigated by analysising XRD, SEM, SEM-DES. Kinetics of Alite formation were studied by the reaction rate constant (k) and activation energy (Ea) calculated by using Gentling equation and Arrhenius equation and with the aids of the burnability of clinker and the loss on ignition. Thermodynamic of Alite formation was investigated by analysising the phase equilibrium diagram of the system CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 and calculating Gibbs free energy of Alite (ΔG) in the clinker.In this paper, the calefactive rate of 20℃/min was fixed by analysising the formation of kinetic. And KH=0.92, SM was in the 2.1-2.3, IM was from 1.2-2.1, the research indicated: the liquid content was determined the value of SM, liquid viscosity was varied by changing IM, impacting kinetics of Alite formation. If IM got bigger in the same SM, the liquid viscosity of clinker turned bigger and the value of Ea in the formation reaction of clinker was higher. Similarly, when SM was bigger with the same IM, the volume of liquid was lower, so the value of Ea in the formation was higher. The thermal and kinetic of Alite formation was studied when the liquid content was at 18%-24%, the studies showed that: As the content of liquid increasing, k of clinker in formation reaction was bigger, and the activation energy (Ea) got lower. When the liquid was 18%-21%, the value of Ea was changed greatly with the liquid content varying, and liquid content was 21%-23%, the Ea was changed small. KH=0.92, SM=2.1-2.3, IM=1.2-2.1, the liquid contend in clinker was low and at 18%-20%. With liquid content bigger, the volume of crystals formed in the clinker increased. When the liquid content was at 19% to 20%, the micro-structure of clinker was improved significantly, and at 20%-23%, the crystals formed very well, when it exceed 24%, the clinker sintered.The research of thermodynamics of clinker showed: the thermodynamic data Gibbs (△G) obtained in the formation of the clinker was linear correlation with liquid content. With the reduction of liquid content,△G would increase and the trend of Alite's formation would decrease.
