The research objectives of this paper are comprehensive real-time network platform, On the basis of deep analysis to the research in and out of China, according to the characteristics of "extensive" type of management in mining enterprises and mutual isolated all kinds of information application system of and large amounts of data idle, the method how to build real-time network platform of security refinement of mining enterprises based on SPC is proposed to achieve maximum share of data resource, to offer assistant decision support for management, to improve the level of real-time supervision of coal mine, to strengthen safety management policies execution, to enhance the awareness of safety and to change the values of staff .Paper bound management theory and practice experience of TeiMei corporation of "Xiao Qing SPC refined management system", "Coal Process Management System" and Shenhua Group Wuhai " the hidden trouble closed-loop management system of LiMin mines " . On the base of present status of information system in the coal mine, the paper deeply study building real-time network platform of security refinement of mining enterprises based on SPC. Specific responsibilities and innovations in this thesis are summarized as follows:First, introduce architecture, system struction, function of the fine real-time network platform. It is given detail account of the platform and its subsystems. Platform has been made up of the security parameter monitoring subsystem, fine management subsystem, risk pre-control management subsystem, human resource management subsystem, equipment management subsystem, security training management subsystem and assistance management subsystem, and characteristics of platform is introduced.Secondly, the paper through comparison and analysis on the difference techniques from platform as a whole, heterogeneous data integration and transformation, data transmission, communications and database, combined with platform characteristics, propose best solution for fine real-time network programs, and more introducing the core algorithm in the program.Third, to analyze the situation safety supervision and management before and after the platform applied, based on expected features in the platform and actual operating results, put forward to improvement solution on the safety monitoring and control, decision support and stability in the platform through study in depth. At the same time, the future development of the platform will become the paper's further research.
