With the development of society, most of the electronic and electrical products which popularized a few years ago are retirement, now. And at the same time, with the accelerating pace of economic development and science and technology advancing, the replacement cycles of electronic and electrical products becomes shorter and shorter, thus a lot of waste electronic and electrical products are produced. As the basis for electronic and electrical products, a large number of PCBs(printed circuit boards) are scrapped while the electronic and electrical products are discarded. For these waste PCBs, many scholars and research institutions at home and abroad have been taking study.Using SCF-CO2(supercritical CO2 fluid) for handling waste PCBs is a new green technology. Based on the analysis of SCF technology and the PCBs recycling technology, and for the view of the current most widely using FR-4 type (glass fiber - epoxy resin copper clad substrate type) PCB, the delamination experiments of PCB are designed and carried out in SCF-CO2 environment and non-supercritical CO2 environment. And the integrated evaluation system of PCB's delamination is established. Meanwhile, the effects of experimental factors on PCB's delamination are studied. Through the analysis about the analytic results of reactor's thermal analysis model, the corresponding time lags to the different experimental temperatures are calculated. And it provides reliable parameters in order to reduce experimental error.Through detects the reaction products of experiments, shows that the pyrolysate is created in the process. After analysising the layered results of PCB, the layered theory of PCB in SCF-CO2 is showed, and the effect of SCF-CO2 in the process of PCB's delamination is analysised. Through the establishment of PCB's ANSYS thermal analysis model in SCF- CO2, to analyze the degree of effect about thermal stress inside PCB on the effect stratification.Finally, after summarizing the main research contents of the article, takes a next prospect to the method of using SCF-CO2 recycling waste PCBs, and gives some directions and focuses of the research.
