At present, on the preparation of magnesium hydroxide research and development to become one of the hot. In regard to the preparation of magnesium hydroxide, magnesium chloride is more coverage (brine) as raw materials, research papers in the literature on the basis of access to industrial magnesium sulfate as raw material, using different precipitation agents and experimental line, to carry out magnesium hydroxide Preparation and optimization of process conditions of work on the comprehensive utilization of magnesium and other minerals have greater importance and practical value. At the same time, in this paper we use the hydrothermal synthesis of ferroferric oxide which on the basis of preliminary studies.Magnesium hydroxide is known as the "green water treatment agent security", in recent years, it has aroused great concern; the same time, in view of iron oxide nano-four superior physical and chemical properties, its applied research are becoming increasingly attracted attention. In this paper, preparation of magnesium hydroxide and ferroferric oxide as an adsorbent , respectively, of the aqueous solution of arsenic (V) and methylene blue adsorption wastewater treatment research. Discusses the adsorbent dosage, solution pH, adsorption time and initial adsorbate concentration on adsorption effect, and to explore the magnesium hydroxide and ferroferric oxide sorbents on aqueous solution of arsenic (V) adsorption mechanism. The results showed that magnesium hydroxide and ferroferric oxide on the aqueous solution of arsenic (V) and methylene blue adsorption effect is good. Meanwhile, the aqueous solution of arsenic (V) adsorption capacity with adsorption time, the changes in the laws in line with Langmuir adsorption isotherm model, while the changes with the initial concentration of arsenic is consistent with Freundlich adsorption isotherm model.
