The polymer was synthesized by styrene, 2-[2-(4-vinylphenyl) ethoxymethyl] oxirane and tetraethyleneglycol mono-2-phenyl-2-propenyl ether ( molar ratio : 60 : 8 : 9). Microcapsule ruthenium catalyst and palladium catalyst was prepared with Grubbs catalyst and Pd(PPh3)4 as the metal catalysts materials, and polymer as carrier material. Two types of microcapsule metal catalysts were then heated at 130℃to afford cross- linked polymer-supported ruthenium catalyst and cross-linked polymer-supported palladium catalyst.The cross-linked polymer-supported ruthenium were used as catalysts for RCM reacton, and the catalytic properties of reactions under the differert conditions were researched, the better process parameters were obtained: cross-linked polymer- supported ruthenium as catalyst, 0.5 mmol N, N–diallyl-p-toluenesulfonamide, 15 mL dichloromethane as solvent, catalyst 5.0 mol% at 40℃,for 30min, product yield of 95.0%, the catalyst can be reused for four times. The catalytic performance of cross- linked polymer-supported ruthenium and Grubbs catalyst were compared, and the result showed that cross- linked polymer-supported ruthenium was good, but Grubbs catalyst was better. The cross- linked polymer-supported ruthenium can also be used to catalyze other RCM reaction well.Silica-supported palladium catalyst was prepared by column-layer chromatographic silica gel and palladium chloride through chemical reaction. Silica-supported palladium and cross-linked polymer-supported palladium were used to catalyze the Heck coupling reaction, and the catalytic properties of reactions were researched, the better process parameters were obtained: silica-supported palladium and cross- linked polymer-supported palladium as catalysts, 10 mmol iodobenzene, 11 mmol acrylamide, 20 mL N, N-Dimethylformamide, 10 mL thriethylamine, catalysts 2.0 mol% and 2.5 mol% at 60℃,for 6h, product yields of 88.0% and 93.5%, cross- linked polymer-supported palladium can be reused for four times, but silica-supported palladium can be reused for three times.The catalytic performance of Pd(PPh3)4, silica-supported palladium and cross- linked polymer-supported palladium were compared, and the result showed that cross- linked polymer-supported palladium was better, but Pd(PPh3)4 was best.
