Up to this day, natural yield of phosphine in various environment such as lake,ocean, marsh, soil, etc. was focused on the research of phosphine. Phosphine for thefield of wastewater treatment research still seems very weak. As the imperfection ofphosphine detection method, conduction of some research work has also once beenseriously impeded. This experiment was changed on detection means. Absorption-Molybdenum-antimony anti-spectrophotometric method was used in the preliminaryresearch of phosphine generation rules in the anaerobic sequencing batch reactorprocess in prior period; and as the development of experiment conditions, the twicepreconcentration and gas chromatography-NPD method became to alternative todetect the standard phosphine gas, and its'preconcentration temperature andchromatography conditions was been groped. By promoted method phosphinegeneration rules in the Anaerobic sequencing batch reactor process, AerobicSequencing Batch Reactor process and Anaerobic/Aerobic Sequencing Batch Reactorprocess was been initially summarized, and release rules of phosphine was beendiscussed. The main results are as follows:By twice preconcentration and gas chromatography-NPD method the detectconditions was been groped. It was determined at make-up flow rate of 3ml·min-1, airflow rate of 60 ml·min-1 and hydrogen flow rate of 3ml·min-1 by recommended value ofinstrument using. The results shows that: a higher-response value of phosphine can bedetected when crap temperature was set to 105°C, also when oven temperature rangedfrom 30°C to 50°C, carrier gas flow rate was 3.5ml·min-1. Well peak-pattern can beobtained when black rubidium bead was selected.Source of sludge (Sludge from Lek pit wastewater plant, chicken manure, pigmanure) selection experiment was carried out by sodium hydroxide solution asabsorption liquid.
