In the operation of perforating, the inside of perforating gun's pressure change is not only determines the entire operation results, but also determines the security of perforating gun system and casing. The main idea of this thesis is researching on the technology of memory test of the inside of perforating gun's pressure operation. The article talks about the scheme and implementation of the test system from two respects: the design of the shell and the hardware circuits.The main contents are as follows:(1) Introduce the knowledge of jet perforation and combining perforation and propose the general requirements of the test system. Based on the theory of the stored testing and measuring system, the overall design of the pressure test system is given.(2) The place where the instrument fixed and the structure of the high-strength shell are determined by the structure of the 102-type perforating gun which often used by oil-fields. The pressure-resisting of shell is analyzed by the elastic-plastic theory and ANSYS simulation.(3) The sampling strategy is determined and the system state transition diagram is drawn out by the theory of the sampling strategy and the characteristics of measured signal. Analysis of the test system hardware circuit design, including sensor selection, analog circuit, digital circuit design. And simulate the measurement system to verify the rationality of the software in the CPLD according to the sequential scheduling chart.(4) Analysis on reliability of pressure test system. Study on dynamic characteristics of the selected sensor. And the Quasi dynamic pressure calibration of the pressure test system is used by drop hammer.
