Low pressure casting is a modern advanced casting process. With the continuous development of low pressure casting, the equipment is also mechanization and automation. The electromagnetic low pressure casting equipment uses the electromagnetic control principle and it is the ideal equipment for producing high-quality aluminum. Electromagnetic force is one of the most important process parameters of electromagnetic low pressure casting, but the actual value of the electromagnetic force is not accurately feedback in actual production, which brings much inconvenience to the actual production and instability, resulting in production efficiency is not high enough, the production process is not stable enough, and it is not easy to control the production process, the degree of automation is much lower. With the increasing of aluminum and aluminum alloy for industrial products and high quality requirements, to enhance and improve the automation level of the electromagnetic pump and casting precision casting production is the urgent problem to solve in the current.In this paper, based on the current plane electromagnetic pump, we did the study of the magnet temperature, molten aluminum temperature and the liquid height changes in the work on the magnetic induction intensity electromagnetic pump and flow of research. We maked the system theoretical calculation on the on the experimental results to the electromagnetic force electromagnetic low pressure casting experience the ultimate formula for compensation, based on electromagnetism,fluid mechanics,materials,thermal parameters and data fitting and so on principle. Experimental results showed that the control error was less than 2% , it is meeting the engineering needs of the actual electromagnetic pump can be used in the production.This study of the electromagnetic pump electromagnetic force compensation model improved the controllability and knowability of the device. The final electromagnetic force become a known and controllable value. It improved the material utilization,reduced the casting of allowances,improved the casting quality,increased productivity and realized the mechanization and automation of foundry production.
