One of the keys of heavy oil emulsion-breaking dehydration is to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil Through the analysis of fluid properties of several typical wells, for its characteristics, first studied the site-doped dilute crude oil, naphtha and light hydrocarbons on three single wells of the viscosity reduction effect, obtained three kinds of blending light media down adhesive ability of law: Three media can reduce the viscosity of heavy oil more than 90% when the mixing ratio of thin oil is 1.2 and the mixing ratio of naphtha and light hydrocarbons is 0.25; The viscosity reduction effect of naphtha and light hydrocarbons is better than the effect of thin oil; Naphtha and light hydrocarbons have different effects to different wells.Then use the method of bottles to do the experiment of indoor-doped dilute settlement dehydration of heavy oil emulsion, evaluated the effects of dehydration under different parameters and optimized the amount of doped rare, heating temperature, deposition time and the demulsifier dosage parameters.Although the heavy oil admixture of light components can reduce the viscosity of heavy oil and improve dewatering effect, but because of the difference blocks, heavy oil producing area and thin oil producing areas may be very far apart, making the thin oil resources to become a regional lack, which restricts the normal production and development of heavy oil, For the characteristics of lack of thin oil and the good effect of viscosity reduction and dehydration of naphtha.
