Spontaneous combustion of sulfur minera l is combined with oxygen to heatrelease,which the result from the temperature in ore body was raised in certaincircuma nstance of oxygen conditions and theroma l storage.However,for a long time becauseof the composite process in ore oxgyen and the limitation of research methods,there is no realundersta nding of its mecha nism.Therefore,using appropriate methods to understa nding mineoxygen compound mecha nism and the influence of sulfur ore is the ma in factor ofspontaneous combustion,which to konw the spontaneous combustion process of sulfurminera ls and establish spontaneous combustion theory is of great significa nce.This paper using research methods of theories combined with experiment. The ma inresearch contents and the results are as follows:(1) penetratively analyses the typica l chemica l and physica l properties of sulfur minera l,from the macroscopic and microcosmic perspective to discuss the spontaneous combustionprocess of sulfur minera ls,from the internal and external aspects to discusse d the influencefactors of spontaneous combustion. It found that the spontaneous combustion process of sulfurminera ls just as process of sulfur minera l reaction with oxygen consta ntly,which for researchon spontaneous combustion of sulfur minera ls provid e a reliable theoretica l basis.(2)Collecting site,using thermogravimetric analysis,obta ins the characteristicstemperature and TG-DTG in the process of spontaneous combustion of sulfurminera ls,a nalysis of causes of characteristic temperature points,which relative to other indexof the self-ignition orientation is perforative in the process of spontaneous combustion ofsulfur minera ls,which linked with six reaction process temperature characteristic of theorganic,it can expla in the essence of spontaneous combustion process of sulfur minera ls combustion,a nd provide experimental evidence for mecha nism of compound ore oxygen.(3) Based on the existing four combustion mecha nism can be found, studies in thephysica l mecha nism of three mecha nism is more close to the role of sulfur minera lsspontaneous combustion theory, which can expla in the causes of spontaneous combustion ofsulfur ore, but it cannot make satisfactory expla nation for sulfur minera ls spontaneouscombustion process and characteristics of macro and micro change . Therefore this paperproposed mine oxygen compound mecha nism based on the spontaneous combustion processof sulfur minera ls and systematic analysis of the existing mecha nism .(4) In the study of sulfur minera ls, minera l oxygen spontaneous combustion process andmecha nism of compound, on the basis of the TG experiment discussed fire accident ofcomprehensive prevention and control measures,which provide reliable basis for sulfur minefire prevention and treatment work.
