The deformation effect factor analysis and safety control of the frozen wall during freezing sinking in poorly consolidated formations is another research topic after the problem of the safety control during freezing sinking in deep alluvium. This text combines the safety monitoring topic during freezing sinking of the New Shanghai No.1 Mine belonging to Shanghai Temple mining company in Inner Mongolia, and it consults relative domestic and foreign research literature. This text studies the effect factor and sensitivity of the deformation of freezing wall during freezing sinking in poorly consolidated formations by the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation analysis. It provides foundation for freezing design of freezing shaft sinking project and construction safe control in similar formations of the area. This text proceeds from the difficulty of determining the physical and mechanical parameters of the material in underground rock engineering, and it consults relative domestic and foreign research literature and relative experimental data of similar formations of the area, then it determines the range of the parameter referred to in the research content. Then it analyzes partial monitoring data of the field test for numerical simulation analysis. The range of specific heat and thermal expansion coefficient of the parameters is further narrowed. Then the value is determined finally. In the second chapter of this text, the expression of the stress and displacement of the deformation of freezing wall in infinite layered model is deduced. And the text compares the calculating value of the deformation of freezing wall in radial layered model and non-layered model taking the formation of the New Shanghai No.1 mine as an example. The result indicates that the deformation of freezing wall of radial layered model based on radial temperature gradient is more close to measured value than the homogeneous model. Though the model cannot be used to calculate the deformation of freezing wall, the heterogeneity of the material of frozen wall has a major influence on the analysis of the deformation of freezing wall, which runs through the analytical framework of the whole text. The third chapter of this text analyzes the main influencing factors of the deformation of freezing wall, and it simplifies some interactive factors of the principal impact factors. Then the orthogonal simulation test scheme is determined. And a three-dimensional numerical model is created based on the fact that the material has the properties of being radially layered. And then numerical simulation is done. Then the text analyzes the effect of every factor on the deformation of freezing wall based on the calculating result. At last the text analyzes the sensitivity of all the impact factors of the deformation of freezing wall based on the simulation result. The above research analyzes the main influencing factors and the sensitivity of the deformation of freezing wall in poorly consolidated formations, and it provide a basis for controlling the deformation of freezing wall during freezing sinking in poorly consolidated formations.
