| This paper analyzes the underground mine Trolley DC rail transit systems in the production of stray current, track the characteristics of joint resistance, stray currents and track the relationship between the joint resistance, and their respective method detection principle, and introduced stray current and rail joints on domestic and international resistance testing of conditions, analyze and summarize the current stray current and joint resistance detection methods, for its shortcomings, was proposed and designed based on C8051F series of mixed-signal system-on-chip, the new integrated intelligent detection system.In this paper, the underground mine and the joint resistance of stray current comprehensive monitoring system for timely detection of safety problems in mines, reasonable drainage, control stray current in the distribution of stray current control method to reduce stray current hazards, improve production cost will have a positive practical significance.
