The mining depth of Jining II coal mine has reached 700-800 meters, and there are different nonlinear dynamic phenomena with shallow mining, such as rock burst, coal blasting, rib spalling, large deformations of surrounding rocks, major ground pressure and so on, which have led to great difficulty to supporting and mining, seriously affected the safety in production. Mining roadway is the most important. With the increase in depth, its engineering geological conditions are more complex, and stability control is more difficult. The traditional theories and methods of stability control can not solve the problem, and so the studies on stability control of deep engineering are imperative. And therefore, it has important theoretical guidance and practical significance, which is about stability control of deep roadway with the theme of "Research of supporting technology of deep roadway in Jining II coal mine".The paper adopts the method of engineering geology with modern large deformation mechanics, combining with geo-science, mechanics and engineering sciences and many other fields. Based on theoretical study, in virtue of various research methods, such as on-site, theory and experiment, through physical chemical analysis, microstructure analysis, laboratory rock mechanics experiment, numerical simulation analysis and on-site engineering geological analysis, the paper reveals the action mechanism of deep surrounding rock deformation, in order to determine complex mechanical mechanism of large plastic deformation in surrounding rock of deep roadway. Then according to non-linear mechanics theory of soft rock engineering, design methods and the associated supporting technologies, it makes the transformation of complex mechanical deformation, and carries out coupling support design.Making full use of geotechnical numerical methods, combining with the specific characteristics of the object, using large-scale numerical analysis software UDEC, the paper carried out simulation studies on supporting technology of deep roadway respectively, which including cross-section shape optimization and spatial layout of deep roadway, the coupling relations between roadway surrounding rock and supporting, the process of rock deformation and failure, forming a complete set of control measures and design methods of deep roadway stability in Jiningâ…¡coal mine. Meanwhile, using a combination of theory with practice, the paper used the theoretical research results in roadway supporting of Jiningâ…¡coal mine. Through supporting monitoring information feedback, the results of theoretical research are to be verified.This paper shows that, the use of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods can fully reveal stress field and deformation and failure characteristics of the deep roadway surrounding rock, which provides a scientific basis for supporting design, saving project funds and improving economic and social benefits of the coal mine.
