Coal auger is important equipment in thin coal seam mining coal mine, its using in coal mine is increasing and more attention has being attracted to the work capability of it. Therefore, it is valuable and practical significance to do design and research on drilling institution.This paper analyzes the kinematics'laws of the coal auger drilling institution and the establishments of laws of motion mathematical model of the cutting bit. Using PRO/E for drilling institutions carry through dynamic load simulation and modal analysis, obtaining its kinematics and dynamics characteristic curve, the vibration characteristics, weak links and its improvements opinion. Study the structural parameters of drilling, tooth parameters, the motion parameters and parameter variable model, using MATLAB simulation program analysis under different parameters stability of coal auger drilling and production and different speed, drilling speed's changes of scraps figure. By taking spiral conveyor device's diameter, pitch, helix angle, center axis strength and speed of non-clogging as design variable, choosing maximum productivity and minimum energy consumption of a spiral conveyor device as optimal objective, using GAAA algorithm, spiral conveyor device's parameter is optimized, the optimized results indicate that transmission performance and efficiency is improved; by taking the speed of the bit,drilling velocity ,cone angle,helix angle, cutting linespacing as design variable, choosing minimum drilling time and load fluctuation as optimal objective, using GAAAalgorithm, the optimized results indicate that drilling effect is better.
