The envrionmental question during the coal production and processing resulted by coal slack is concerned by the whole world, as well as the migration and release of ferrumiron in coal slack. This article clarifies the mechanism of ferrumiron chemical action considering the physical, chemical decency and thermal effect. Some metal elements in coal slack could adsorped by the ferrum or organic colloform, and this adsorption could satisfied with Langmuir adsorption model. The theories of rainfall infiltration, chemical kinetics, heat transfer and solute transport are applied and then stablish the kinetics model of ferrumiron migration considering the tempreature influence. The main results received by numerical simulation are as follow:(1) The pressure head is first increase and then decrease with the decrease of z value with the different quantity of rainfall. The variation of pressure head is mainly depended on the intensity of precipitation and the capability of coal mine waste rock dump. The effective saturation in simulated domain is always less than 1 because the air is existed in the coal mine waste rock dump, the pore could not be filled by water. The coal slack on the surface of coal mine waste rock dump is not effected by decency and has many large pore-size, so the influent velocity in superficial patr of the dump is relative larger. The ferrumiron in coal slack is increase with the decrease of altitude. The migration distance of ferrumiron increases with the time of rainfall. The accumulation of concentration is formed in the bottom of the dump.(2) The released molarity afer oxidization, hydrolyzation and acidification of FeS2 is calaculated with different molarity of water and oxygen. The controlling factors are received accord to the results.(3) The tempreature in the coal mine waste rock dump increase in different chemical reaction stage. There are two reasons for this phenomena. First of all, the quantity of heat released in oxidatio reaction is the largest in all chemica reactions, so the oxidation reaction is controlled reaction. Secondly, the heat around the inner dump could not eliminate at time, so the haat accumulation may happen.(4) The variation of ferro concentration is influenced by heat released in chemical reaction. At the same time, the concentration of ferrumiron considering chemical reaction heat is larger than that without considering the reaction heat in the same domain.
