The mine fire is one of coal mine significant disasters, mine fire not only destroy a lot of coal and cause casualties, also trigger secondary disasters, such as gas and coal dust explosion, resulting in more serious damage. The coal spontaneous combustion causes the fire accident more than ninety percent of mine fire, therefore, the major coal-producing States are actively engaged in the research for mine fire control techniques of coal spontaneous combustion. With the development of technology, the development of the coal mine fire's prevention methods and measures and new materials is also rapid. This article mainly discusses solid foam that is a new anti-fire blocking material adding inorganic substance on experiment research, which research on the foam multiple and compressive strength characteristic parameters under the condition of sediment concentration. And obtained the characteristic parameter change rule of the solid foam adding inorganic substance, and compared the economic cost of adding inorganic substances to before. Provide the reference and the theoretical basis for the coal mine in the application of solid foam to prevent and control the coal mine fire.
