The current study showed that: the nanofiber membrane had excellent surface area, high porosity, quantum effect and so on, shows a great advantage on filtering applications in precision. However, the performance of these functional nanofiber membrane, such as mechanical property, porosity and pore distribution, air permeability and so on were not studied enough, these would lead to people lack of knowledge about nanofiber membrane that limited the applications of these functional membrane. So systematic studied the performance of the nanofiber membrane was necessary and imperative task.In this paper, the SCA nanofibers were prepared using solvent spinning method by homemade electrospinning equipment, and the modern analytical equipment was applied to characterization the surface morphology and structure, the relationship of nanofibers diameter distribution with electrospinning parameters were also discussed, the performance of nanofiber was discussed . All of these work for the nanofiber membrane further applications; Trying to use the SCA nanofiber membrane on the bacterial filtration and reducing the cigarette tar, and filtration efficiency and the tar adsorption effectiveness were discussed.In our study, the acetone and DMAC were selected as a solvent for solution, dissolve the SCA in the different rations of mixed solvents to prepare the spin solution, thorough the comparative of the morphology of nanofiber and the course of spun, the better ration of mixed solvent was determined.The solution concentration, spin speed, the spin voltage and the S-CD were selected as research objects to explore different parameter effect on the nanofiber diameter distribution and the surface morphology, the results showed that: (1) the uniform and smooth SCA nanofibers were prepared when the concentration in 11%~13%,the e-speed with 0.2ml/h~1.1ml/h,the voltage in 10kv~19kv and the C-SD with 8~20cm; (2) the nanofiber diameter and the CV were effected clearly by spun parameters.Different nanofibers membrane were prepared and their performance was tested. The membrane's permeability, porosity and mechanical properties were tested and the results showed that: membrane's permeability was better as the nanofiber diameter increased, the membrane's porosity got lower as the nanofiber diameter raise and the membrane's mechanical properties got strong as the diameter increased. The relation between the nanofiber diameter and filtration efficiency was concluded by using AP-9901S Pump to suck the Staphylococcus aureus (SA) solution to make them filter the membrane. Taken the SCA nanofiber membrane between the filter tip and tobacco, Comparison of the added tar adsorption with membrane in the filter-tip and did not add membrane filter-tip under the same suction pressure, the different nanofiber diameter effected on the tar adsorption was researched. The results demonstrated that: as the fiber diameter reduced, the filtration and adsorption efficiency was better.
