Because of the tremendous loss on metal corrosion, coating is the important means of metal shielding, so the anti-corrosion coating is always the one of the important topics on the metal shielding and coatings industry. In addition, along with the rapid development of China's petrochemical, petroleum pipeline and the dosage of storage tank is growing, oil and its carrying impurities are likely to cause pipe and tank corrosion, and oil in the storage and transport process produces a large number of electrostatic accumulation which could cause hazards of fire or explosion. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a kind of both noncorrodibility and concurrently conductive coatings. Polyaniline have high chemical stability, special doped mechanism and anticorrosive mechanism, which make it become the most hopeful in coatings applied fields.Firstly, hydrochloric acid doped polyaniline is prepared by Chemical oxidation method in this paper, and it analyzes the oxidant concentration, system acidity,synthesis temperature on the influence of polymerization products'morphology and conductivity, ultimately the best reaction conditions are determined as follows reaction temperature 8℃;APS:An 0.8:1; System acidity 1.5mol/L.At this time, the electrical conductivity of the doped polyaniline reach the highest 0.94S.cm-1.Aodecylbenzenesulfonic acid doped polyanilin is synthesizede through the doping-off doped-again doped route. The products are analyzed and characterized by the instruments of FTIR, four-point probe resistance tester, SEM. The results show that the conductivity and solubility of DBSA-PANI have been significantly improved. DBSA-PANI inspected by SEM show nanofiber club-shaped structures, and more uniform and orderly than HCl-PANI.Its conductivity top achieve 1.21S.cm-1, and the solubility in NMP reached 24%.Under the action of solvents and addictives, the anti-corrosion and conductive coatings was pepared with the PANI as conductive filler and epoxy resin as film-forming material. Orthogonal experiment is designed accord to single factor experiment analysis,and its conductivity, acidoresistant, alkali resistance index were studied respectively.The horizontal grounds and secondary factors of every index are found by the range research. After comprehensive consideration of coating corrosion and conducting,the best formula is showed as follow:polyaniline content 20%, A/B 10:3, solvent 40%, dispersant 0.6%, flow ping agent 0.8%.Acrylic lacquers coatings was pepared with the DBSA-PANI as conductive filler and acrylic lacquers as film.The influences of PANI content on the coating's conductivity, physical properties and chemical resistant performance are studied.
